Precautions Ensure all parts are securely assembled and the equipment is in good condition before use. Do not place the treadmill in direct sunlight, as excessive heat may damage the belt. Avoid exposure to open flames, sharp objects, or acidic/alkaline chemicals. Do not modify, tamper with, or misuse the product in ways it was not designed for. The company reserves the right to charge repair fees. Customers will be informed in advance for approval of repair or product replacement, which is at the discretion of the company. 3. For service, the product must be left for initial inspection and diagnosis. 4. The company is not responsible for any damage outside of warranty coverage or after the warranty period has expired. 5. If the customer cannot deliver the item personally, they may use a shipping service. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to the company. 6. Customers must keep the original box and all accessories for the full 1-year warranty period. If missing, customers must bring the product in for direct inspection. Warranty will be void under the following conditions: Incorrect installation or usage that does not follow the product manual. Damage from external factors such as accidents, natural disasters, transport, or animals. Product alteration or lack of maintenance leading to damage or physical wear (e.g. scratches, cracks, impact). Product damaged or altered by the customer. Warranty does not cover accessories such as charging cables, remote controls, or batteries. Missing product box and original packaging will result in ineligibility for warranty claims. Return & Exchange Policy: You may request a return/exchange in the following cases only: Received the wrong product (e.g., incorrect color or model). Manufacturing defect (video proof required when unboxing). In both cases: Returns must be made within 3–7 days from the date of notifying the company. If the deadline is missed, the company will consider it as acceptance of the issue and is not responsible thereafter. Return Conditions: Product must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. Must comply with all warranty terms.
