For service, the product must be left for initial inspection and diagnosis. 4. The company is not responsible for any damage outside of warranty coverage or after the warranty period has expired. 5. If the customer cannot deliver the item personally, they may use a shipping service. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to the company. 6. Customers must keep the original box and all accessories for the full 1-year warranty period. If missing, customers must bring the product in for direct inspection.
