Ensure the area is free from pests such as ants, termites, and wood-boring beetles. 2.Moisture Control: If the furniture gets wet, wipe it dry immediately. 3.Handling: Always lift the furniture when moving it; do not drag the product across the floor. Precautions 1.Avoid Harsh Environments: Do not place the furniture in areas with intense direct sunlight, high humidity, near bathrooms, or directly under air conditioning units. 2.Prevent Mold: Avoid leaving the furniture in unventilated or damp rooms for extended periods to prevent mold growth. 3.Cleaning Restrictions: Do not use hard or abrasive materials, wet cloths, volatile liquids, or harsh chemicals to clean the furniture. 4.Weight Limit: Do not place excessively heavy objects on the furniture. 5.Relocation: When relocating the furniture, never push or drag it. Warranty Terms and Conditions 1.Warranty Period: Product warranty coverage is subject to the company’s conditions, with the warranty period commencing from the actual delivery date. 2.On-Site Service Fees: The warranty does not cover on-site technician service fees, which start at 500 Baht per visit. 3.Material Substitution: In the event of damage where the company cannot source identical materials or parts within the repair timeframe, the company reserves the right to substitute them with materials of equivalent quality and standard. 4.Remedy Discretion: If the company determines that the product is covered under warranty, the company reserves the right to choose whether to replace parts, repair the item, or take other appropriate actions. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. For furniture sets, if damage occurs to a specific part, the company reserves the right to replace or repair only the affected part. 5.No Extension of Warranty: Repaired or replaced parts remain covered only for the remaining duration of the original warranty period (calculated from the initial delivery date). The warranty period will not be extended due to repairs or replacements. 6.Final Judgment: The company reserves the sole right to assess and decide whether the product meets the warranty conditions. The company’s decision shall be deemed final. 7.Relocation Exclusion: Damage caused by moving or relocating the product is excluded from warranty coverage. 8.Transfer and Documentation: The warranty becomes void immediately upon any transfer of product ownership. In the event that the warranty documents are lost, the company reserves the right not to reissue them. 9.Geographic Limitation: This warranty is valid and applicable only within Thailand. 10.Minor Variations: This warranty does not cover minor variations between the actual product received and the product images shown on the website, posters, leaflets, flyers, brochures, catalogs, or any other media channels of the company. Terms and Conditions for Furniture Delivery & Installation 1. Delivery and Installation Areadelivery and installation are available exclusively in Bangkok and the Bangkok Metropolitan Region (including Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, and Samut Sakhon).For areas outside the Bangkok Metropolitan Region, additional delivery fees will apply based on distance. 2. Non-Delivery ZonesWe do not deliver to Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, islands, and certain remote districts.Note: If an order is placed for an address outside our delivery zones, we reserve the right to cancel the order. 3. Order Confirmation & Delivery SchedulingOnce payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation SMS from SB with a link to choose or change your delivery date.1 to 3 days prior to delivery, our staff will call you to reconfirm the exact date and time. 4. Rescheduling Your Delivery If you are unavailable to receive the shipment on the scheduled date, please notify us at least 5 days in advance via Line:064-5084606 5. Failed Delivery & Redelivery FeesIf no one is present to receive the goods on the scheduled delivery date, the items will be returned to our warehouse.A redelivery fee of 1,500 Baht per trip will be charged for knock-down furniture to cover the return and re-shipping costs. 6. Unreachable CustomersWe reserve the right to suspend or postpone the delivery if we are unable to reach you by phone to confirm the schedule. 7. Delivery via Stairs (Condos/Buildings Without Elevators)If the building does not have a service elevator, or if the items cannot fit into the elevator, our team will carry the products up the stairs.Free of charge for Floors 1 to 3. An additional fee of 500 Baht per floor will apply starting from the 4th floor onwards (or from the floor where delivery vehicles cannot access). 8. Single Destination PolicyWe reserve the right to deliver one order to a single delivery address only.
