Do not mix and stir SikaTop®-107 Seal TH with a concrete mixer Application Shake Component A well and pour half of Component A into a clean container. Then slowly pour the cement powder component B using a drill with a speed not exceeding 500 rpm. Add the remaining component A and continue to mix until the mortar is smooth and uniform. The surface must be moistened and saturated with water before installation. For painting: Apply the mixed SikaTop®-107 Seal TH using a sprayer or a short-haired stiff brush in the same direction. Apply the second coat of SikaTop®-107 Seal TH using a brush in the opposite direction of the first coat as soon as the first coat hardens. For plastering: When applying SikaTop®-107 Seal TH with a trowel (e.g. to create a smooth surface), reduce the proportion of component A by 10% (mixture A:B = 1:4.5). Apply the second coat as soon as the first coat hardens. In case of closing pores, use a trowel to compact and spread the product into the hole tightly. Curing Method It is necessary to cure the surface immediately after application of SikaTop®-107 Seal TH for at least 3 to 5 days to ensure that the cement reacts with water completely and to prevent cracking by using plastic sheeting or other suitable curing methods. Cleaning of tools and equipment Clean all tools and equipment with clean water immediately after use. If hard material is found stuck to the tools or equipment, it must be cleaned by using tools only. Additional Recommendations It should be stored in a dry area, not exposed to direct sunlight. If the next coat is not plastered or applied within 24 hours, the surface must be roughened before applying the next coat. SikaTop®-107 Seal TH can be painted over, but only solvent-based paints must be applied. SikaTop®-107 Seal TH must be cured for at least 7 days before applying.
