Recommendation: Should only be used indoors. Suggestions 1.Furniture should be placed in a well-ventilated area. The placement area must be flat and even, and free from pests such as ants, termites, and wood-boring beetles. 2.If the furniture gets wet, it should be wiped dry immediately. Warranty 1.Product warranty is subject to the company's terms and conditions. The warranty period starts from the date of product delivery. 2.The warranty does not include the service fee for technicians for off-site service, starting at 500 Baht. 3.In the event of damage where the company cannot provide the exact same material or parts for repair or replacement within the repair period, the company reserves the right to substitute materials with equivalent properties and standards. 4.If the company determines that your product is covered under the warranty conditions, the company reserves the right to decide whether to replace the defective part, repair the product, or take other appropriate action. No refunds will be given in any case. If the product is part of a set and damage occurs to one component, the company reserves the right to replace only the problematic component. 5.In cases where your product has been replaced or repaired, the warranty period will remain effective starting from the original date of product delivery and will not be extended from the date of repair. 6.The company reserves the right to examine and determine whether the product is covered under the warranty conditions. The company's decision is final. 7.The movement or relocation of the product is outside the scope of the product warranty. 8.If ownership of the product is changed or transferred, the company deems the warranty to be terminated. In the event of lost documents, the company reserves the right not to issue new ones. 9.The company reserves the right to provide warranty service only for products located within Thailand. 10.This warranty does not cover minor differences that may exist between product images on the website, posters, leaflets, brochures, catalogs, or other media provided by the company, and the actual product received. Warranty Conditions for Sofas and Recliners The product warranty for furniture in the sofa set and recliner category is effective immediately from the date of delivery for a period of 1 year. The warranty covers damages that occur specifically to the following parts: 1.Level adjustment mechanism problems resulting from normal use. 2.Springs or foam in the sofa cushion that collapse/sink more than 1.5 inches. *This product warranty does not cover deterioration from use, damage to the upholstery material such as scratches, tarnishing, fading, rust, tears, detachment, abrasion, peeling, broken legs, scratched legs, damage caused by termites, wood-boring beetles, mold, natural marks/blemishes, or damage resulting from incorrect usage. Terms and Conditions for Furniture Delivery & Installation 1. Delivery and Installation Areadelivery and installation are available exclusively in Bangkok and the Bangkok Metropolitan Region (including Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, and Samut Sakhon).For areas outside the Bangkok Metropolitan Region, additional delivery fees will apply based on distance. 2. Non-Delivery ZonesWe do not deliver to Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, islands, and certain remote districts.Note: If an order is placed for an address outside our delivery zones, we reserve the right to cancel the order. 3. Order Confirmation & Delivery SchedulingOnce payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation SMS from SB with a link to choose or change your delivery date.1 to 3 days prior to delivery, our staff will call you to reconfirm the exact date and time. 4. Rescheduling Your Delivery If you are unavailable to receive the shipment on the scheduled date, please notify us at least 5 days in advance via Line:083-4458617 5. Failed Delivery & Redelivery FeesIf no one is present to receive the goods on the scheduled delivery date, the items will be returned to our warehouse.A redelivery fee of 1,500 Baht per trip will be charged for knock-down furniture to cover the return and re-shipping costs. 6. Unreachable CustomersWe reserve the right to suspend or postpone the delivery if we are unable to reach you by phone to confirm the schedule. 7. Delivery via Stairs (Condos/Buildings Without Elevators)If the building does not have a service elevator, or if the items cannot fit into the elevator, our team will carry the products up the stairs.Free of charge for Floors 1 to 3. An additional fee of 500 Baht per floor will apply starting from the 4th floor onwards (or from the floor where delivery vehicles cannot access). 8. Single Destination PolicyWe reserve the right to deliver one order to a single delivery address only.
