Features This product utilizes Precision Platelet Technology, a polishing compound containing high-tech abrasive powders that safely and quickly restores painted surfaces to their original condition. Conventional abrasive powders can leave grooves or scratches on the clear coat, but Precision Platelets arrange themselves to ensure even polishing and abrasion of the painted surface. Formula 1 & Done Compound uses a pad adjustment system based on the type of scratch. For minor dents, a medium-grit pad might be sufficient. For larger or deeper scratches, a coarser pad (one grade coarser) is needed. For light scratches, a medium pad is used, followed by a fine pad for smoothing. Furthermore, we can use the scrubbing sponge for longer without frequent washing and cleaning, and we can clearly see the results of the scrubbing process, how effective it is. Other advantages of this product include the fact that the abrasive powder does not splatter or create excessive dust, posing a health hazard to the operator who would otherwise inhale large amounts of dust. Furthermore, after polishing, it can be easily wiped off with minimal effort, leaving only a brilliant shine. This product is also suitable for painting applications because it contains no silicone, which can be harmful to paint. How to Use (Shake bottle before use) Wash the car thoroughly. Use synthetic clay bar if necessary. Avoid using in direct sunlight or on hot painted surfaces. Apply 3-4 drops of the compound onto the polishing pad, assessing the depth of the main scratches. Use a coarse pad for deep scratches. For shallow scratches, use a medium or coarse pad. For swirl marks, use the coarsest pad. Apply the compound evenly, 2' x 2' at a time, using low to medium pressure. Move the polisher vertically and overlap with crosswise strokes. If removing minor swirl marks, use this method. For deeper scratches, focus the polishing only on the affected area. Start the machine's rotation speed from slow to fast. For deep scratches or wounds that need removing the solution, adjust the speed or increase the pressure accordingly. When finished, wipe with a microfiber cloth. Switch to a finer polishing pad and apply 3-4 small drops of polishing compound to remove any coarseness from the coarse pad. Continue polishing with the machine as in step 3, then wipe with a microfiber cloth. Note: For beginners, choose a sanding pad that is either finer or coarser than you think you can use, and start with a low speed and gradually increase the pressure. Learn from experience and your personal preference. Practice often until you become a professional.
