Installation Fee 1,500 THB nationwide Note: Please select the “Installation Fee” item and add it to your cart. Installation Site Requirements The installation area must be protected from direct sunlight and water. The installation position should be close to a water supply and drainage pipe, and within 5 meters of the Base Station. Ensure there are no objects or obstructions within 1.5 meters in front of the Base Station, with at least 5 cm clearance on both sides. The Base Station should be located no more than 1.5 meters from a power outlet. If there is a door threshold near the installation area, its height must not exceed 2 cm. (For thresholds between 2–3.5 cm, additional accessories are required.) The installation site must be within the coverage area of a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi signal to ensure a stable connection. Important Notes The installation team will use only the standard equipment provided. Drilling walls, electrical wiring, or area modifications are not included in the service. If wall drilling is required for water pipes or electrical wiring, please prepare the site in advance or provide the necessary accessories before the installation date.
