Usage Instructions How to Use: Used for seating. Recommendation: Should only be used indoors. Suggestions Furniture should be placed in a well-ventilated area. The placement area must be flat and even, and free from pests such as ants, termites, and wood-boring beetles. If the furniture gets wet, it should be wiped dry immediately. Warranty Product warranty is subject to the company's terms and conditions. The warranty period starts from the date of product delivery. The warranty does not include the service fee for technicians for off-site service, starting at 500 Baht. In the event of damage where the company cannot provide the exact same material or parts for repair or replacement within the repair period, the company reserves the right to substitute materials with equivalent properties and standards. If the company determines that your product is covered under the warranty conditions, the company reserves the right to decide whether to replace the defective part, repair the product, or take other appropriate action. No refunds will be given in any case. If the product is part of a set and damage occurs to one component, the company reserves the right to replace only the problematic component. In cases where your product has been replaced or repaired, the warranty period will remain effective starting from the original date of product delivery and will not be extended from the date of repair. The company reserves the right to examine and determine whether the product is covered under the warranty conditions. The company's decision is final. The movement or relocation of the product is outside the scope of the product warranty. If ownership of the product is changed or transferred, the company deems the warranty to be terminated. In the event of lost documents, the company reserves the right not to issue new ones. The company reserves the right to provide warranty service only for products located within Thailand. This warranty does not cover minor differences that may exist between product images on the website, posters, leaflets, brochures, catalogs, or other media provided by the company, and the actual product received. Warranty Conditions for Sofas and Recliners The product warranty for furniture in the sofa set and recliner category is effective immediately from the date of delivery for a period of 1 year. The warranty covers damages that occur specifically to the following parts: Level adjustment mechanism problems resulting from normal use. Springs or foam in the sofa cushion that collapse/sink more than 1.5 inches. This product warranty does not cover deterioration from use, damage to the upholstery material such as scratches, tarnishing, fading, rust, tears, detachment, abrasion, peeling, broken legs, scratched legs, damage caused by termites, wood-boring beetles, mold, natural marks/blemishes, or damage resulting from incorrect usage. Furniture Delivery Conditions (Including Assembly and Installation Service) Delivery/Installation Fee Free when purchasing furniture totaling 6,000 Baht or more. Service Fee Orders below 6,000 Baht: 500 Baht (Applicable only to Bangkok and surrounding provinces). Surrounding Provinces Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon. Other Areas Areas outside of Bangkok and surrounding provinces will incur an additional fee based on the distance. Non-Delivery Zones Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, islands, and certain remote districts. (The company reserves the right to cancel orders placed outside these delivery zones). Appointment Scheduling 1. Payment successful Staff will contact you to review the order. 2. 1-3 days before delivery → Staff will call again to confirm the date and time of delivery. Rescheduling Please inform the company at least 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery date by calling 083-4458617. Missed Delivery If there is no one to receive the goods on the delivery date, the company must transport the goods back to the warehouse. This incurs a fee for the return trip and the re-delivery (second attempt) of 1,500 Baht (for knock-down items). Delivery Suspension The company reserves the right to suspend delivery if they are unable to contact the customer by phone to schedule the appointment. Delivery to Condo/Building (No Lift) Floors 1-3: Free lift/carry service Floors 4 and above: An additional service fee of 500 Baht per floor will be charged (or starting from the floor that the vehicle cannot access). Delivery Location 1 order is limited to 1 delivery location only. • Reservation of Rights • The company reserves the right to change the delivery service conditions without prior notice
