Within the 90-day warranty period, if the product is damaged or deteriorated due to use, such as a loose gem, a faded setting, peeling, a broken setting, or a broken chain, it can be repaired free of charge. After 90 days of use, if any damage is found, the following service fees will apply: For a faded, peeling, blackened, or reddish setting, a re-plating fee will be charged: Regular-sized rings, earrings, necklaces, or bracelets: 350 baht per piece Large-sized necklaces, bracelets, or bangles: 1,000 baht per piece Sizing: 350 baht (size adjustments are not possible). Removed gems: The cost depends on the size of the gem. After repair We offer a 90-day warranty on products damaged or defective due to factory repairs. If the product is inspected and found to be defective, it can be sent for repair free of charge. Customers can bring their products for free cleaning or washing at any Merii branch.
