Collect a sample from the nasal cavity. Insert the entire absorbent tip into one nostril to a depth of no more than ¾ inch (approximately 1.5 cm). Slowly rotate the swab against the inside of the nostril at least 5 times for approximately 15 seconds, ensuring that sufficient nasal mucus is collected. Carefully remove the swab. Using the same swab, repeat the procedure in the other nostril. Insert the swab into the extraction tube and vigorously stir the swab in the buffer solution at least 10 times. Remove the swab while squeezing the sides of the extraction tube to extract as much liquid as possible. Dispose of the used swab properly. Securely close the extraction tube with the provided cap. Test Procedure Remove the test cassette from the foil pouch and place it on a clean, dry, flat surface. Hold the extraction tube vertically above the sample well and dispense 2–3 drops into the sample well. Avoid creating air bubbles and do not allow the tube tip to touch the test cassette. Read and interpret the results within 15–30 minutes. Do not read the results after 30 minutes. If the result is negative at 15 minutes, do not discard the test immediately, as a positive result may appear during the 15–30 minute reading period.
